Can I change security settings with APCrypt?

ANSWER: Yes. APCrypt can change security options on any PDF file with an owner password. The owner of the document can change the password and permission settings of a previously encrypted PDF document.

APCrypt also has the ability to completely remove security settings by supplying the owner password.
