How do I start a Page or Bates number stamp with a number other than 1?

ANSWER: To stamp a Page (Bates) number you would use the variable %g (%J). To start numbering from a number other than 1, type the number in-between the % sign and the letter g (J).

Example: %2g - starts stamping with the page number 2.

Example: %15J - starts stamping with the bates number 000015.
