I have drawn the Redax boxes and chosen Redact document, but the newly created file has not redacted anything. What would cause this?
ANSWER: The Preference "Allow Redaction Without Exemption" is not checked. Check this by choosing Redax Menu > Redax Preferences, then choose the Options Tab and check the box there.
