The Redax palettes have disappeared in Acrobat.

ANSWER: If you are unable to get your palettes to appear, follow the steps below:

• If you are using Redax 3.8 or earlier, you need to delete the palettes.bin (NOT palettes.txt) file from the plug-ins directory. The location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat X.0\Acrobat\plug_ins.
• If you are using Redax 4.0, you will need to delete the Redax.pdf file. The location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat X.0\Acrobat\plug_ins. Please note that when you delete this file, all your preferences will be removed and will need to be reset.
• Redax 4.6 has a new menu item: Redax > Show/Hide > Center All Palettes. This will bring all your palettes back to the center of your screen.
