Why are the letters in my stamp overlapped?

ANSWER:  Missing or overlapped characters usually indicates a problem with the fonts in your PDF file, such as embedded subsetted fonts, TrueType fonts or fonts which have been manipulated in some way. To resolve this issue you can run the original file through Distiller or try stamping with a different font.
