What Is Paperclik...Powered by AppendPDF Pro?

Paperclik is a complete solution for managing collections of customized PDF documents and delivering Personalized content in PDF form to your customers. Paperclik is a Web-based interface for Appligent’s AppendPDF Pro, and is hosted by our partner DDM Marketing & Communications.

Web-based interface. Using a Web browser non-technical staff can create customized booklets or brochures. You can navigate document collections easily without being bogged down by the technology.

Solve your problem without technology. The entire application is hosted at our secure facility, Our staff installs and configures everything you need to personalize your communications. All you need to supply is the content and a Web browser.

Professional finishing features. Create personalized cover letters and add a dynamically generated table of contents complete with hyperlinks.

Unlimited Capacity. Upload as many documents as you need. Commonly used documents may be archived for easy retrieval.

Total Security. You can determine the levels of access, from assembling to organizing, to administering. Set up as many users as you need, in each level of access, to meet your company’s specific need. Everything sent to and from Paperclik is transferred via encrypted links.

Location independent. Because Paperclik is hosted at DDM Marketing & Communications and is available over the Internet your users can be located anywhere with a Web connection.

Modes of Operation
You can use Paperclik...Powered by AppendPDF Pro in several ways:


Internal support.
Enable your staff to assemble personalized documents from for their customers from any location. Control access by role (Administration, Marketing, Sales, etc).

Customer self service options. You can also configure your system to be a customer self service center for sales and marketing information. Your customers can log in to the system and directly select the documents that meet their needs. Personalized cover letters and dynamic tables of contents are available to add that professional touch.


Supported Software & Platforms

Paperclik is a hosted solution and requires zero footprint on client machines. A Web browser is required to access Paperclik. For information on other configuration options for Paperclik contact Appligent Sales.
