We include 30 days of free telephone and E-Mail technical support with each commercial product we sell. After 30 days you must purchase maintenance to continue to receive support and software updates.
Note: We do not guarantee support for software that is offered under a non-commercial (free) license.

Annual Support & Maintenance Program
To continue to receive great technical support and product updates, subscribe to our low cost yearly support program. Our Support & Maintenance program is a cost effective way of leveraging the initial purchase price and the customer's implementation efforts.
What you will receive with the annual program;
- Regular product updates. You will automatically be sent new updated versions of the software title.
- Unlimited E-mail Technical and Customer Support.
- Unlimited Telephone Technical and Customer Support.
The cost of the program is generally around 20% of the software title's full purchase price. The yearly program is in addition to the 30 days of support included with initial purchase of product. Please contact our sales department for current pricing information and possible discounts on multiple product program purchases.
