For support and software updates after 30 days, enrollment in our support program is required. Customers find this program well worth the expense. Our friendly, well-staffed support team has a collective experience spanning decades and are knowledgeable in Appligent Document Solutions products and all PDF-related issues.

If necessary, we also offer a complete set of PDF-related services to ensure your implementation is successful. We can be your PDF experts.

The Support and Maintenance program cost is 20% of the full purchase price of your software per year, and is added to the 30 days of support included with the product. A three year pre-paid support plan is available at a significant discount.
